Frequently Asked Questions

Singapore and Malaysia parcels are charged in SGD (Singapore dollar).

All other countries are charged in USD (US dollar).

 

Colors might differ slightly due to studio lightings as well as settings of monitor. You might wish to refer to close up picture for the closest shade.

 

 

1. ORDERING

Once orders are placed, customers will receive an invoice from us immediately. Upon receiving invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours timeframe (for ibanking / atm users).For Paypal and credit card users, payment verifications are immediate. Repeated dead buyers will be blacklisted

 

If your order consists of backorder items, the available ones will be deliver first. Backorder item(s) will be shipped out separately when arrive.

 

 

 

2. DELIVERY

We logistic partners delivers parcels 1-4 working days upon payment verification (not including weekend and public holidays).

All international mails are mailed via air mail. All international parcels are mailed out via Singpost.

Please note that the mention time frame serves as a guideline. In the occasion of festive seasons, parcels might exceed the expected timeframe. 

Please note that for all parcels (unless self collect), we will not be liable for any lost mails for normal form of delivery. Do opt for registered delivery which comes with a tracking code.

Normal mail (2-5 business days): FREE. 

Standard Courier (3-5 business days): $2.75. Free for orders above $100.

Express Courier (1-3 business days): $3.75. Free for orders above $200.

Self collection at our warehouse: FREE.

 

Malaysia

Registered mail (2-14 business days): $5.50, add $0.50 for each added item. Free for orders above $150.

Express shipping (2 - 4 business days): $15.00, add $2.00 for each added item. Free for orders above $300.

 

International (Charge in USD)

Registered mail (5 - 14 business days): $3.00, Free for orders above $150.

Express shipping (2 - 4 days): $60.00, add $3.00 for each added item. Free for orders above $400

 

*All mailing services comes with tracking except Normal mail. We are not liable for lost Normal mails.

 

We understand the agony of receiving an item of purchase in the wrong size / fit. The following have been implimented for fuss free shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully.  

 

1. Size Exchanges for Incorrect Size purchased:

We have ceased all form of exchanges.
 
 
2. RETURNS for Incorrect Size Purchased:
Only applicable to Apparels. This will exclude items listed under sales and cheap & chic, swimwear, accesories and intimates. Returns will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)*
*Returns for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.
 
  1. All Returns have to be mailed back within 10 working days from the date parcel was delivered. Kindly mail the item back to us via Registered Mail/ Courier and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel***Thescarletroom will not be liable for any loss Normal Mail.
  2. Stored Credit will only last for 14 days. Any request for an extension will be declined.
  3. We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns.
  4. Thescarletroom will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
  5. Thescarletroom reserves the rights to amend any of the Terms & Conditions.

Returns will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)*

Self collection is possible only for Singapore customers.

Self collection are held on Monday 2-8pm & Tue - Fri 2-4pm unless not including Public Holiday or mention so. 

All self collection parcels are to be picked up at BLK 1014, GEYLANG EAST AVE 3 #04-228 SINGAPORE 389729.

Please note that you will be needing to receive your confirmation email prior to popping by to ensure that your parcel is already packed and waiting for you.

We only store the parcels for 1 month,  all overdue parcels will be discard.

 

 

 

We are currently stocked online only. 

 

ATM transfer are noted as ATR on ibanking. If there’s multiple transaction with the same amount on the date itself, it is totally not possible to tell them apart. Clear pictures of receipts are needed as we to minimise frauds. Below shows the information that appears on the ibanking website. Should you unable to take a picture of your receipt, do inform us beforehand. We will likely request you to make a unique amount to transfer such as $58.51 so it definitely stands out from the rest and we will know who the transfer belongs to. Likewise, you can actually provide the details of the transfer - type out, and see if the situation can be resolved. This method is however not guaranteed as if there’s multiple transfer that day it’s not possible for us to verified. The last solution is to get the bank to do a conference call regarding the issue.
