Return & Exchange Policy

 

We understand the agony of receiving an item in the wrong size / fit. Please note that pieces might differ up to 1" during the manufacturing process and this thus not liable as an error. We are however more than happy to assist with a 1-to-1 exchange or via credit. The following has been implemented for a fuss-free shopping experience. Please read the policies carefully. Do drop us an email prior to mailing out the returning parcel. You can reach us at sales@thescarletroom.com.

 

1. Size Exchanges for Incorrect Size:

Only applicable to apparel. This will exclude items listed under sales, swimwear, jewellery, bags, lingerie and products bought with promotional code(s). Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)*
*Returns for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.
  • Request for an exchange must be within 10 working days from the date the parcel was received. Kindly mail the item back to us via Registered Mail/ Courier and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel***Thescarletroom will not be liable for any lost Normal Mail.
  • Exchanges for a different size is subject to availability of the requested size. 
  • Thescarletroom will not be providing any exchanges should you purchase our merchandise from a third party.
  • Thescarletroom reserves the rights to amend any of the Terms & Conditions.

  6. Thescarletroom reserves the rights to amend any of the Terms & Conditions.
